How do you grade the condition of your vinyl records?
We use the Goldmine Standard for grading all our media. Each record is visually inspected and, in many cases, play-tested to ensure accuracy. Condition details (from Mint to Poor) are clearly listed on every product page.
What measures do you take to prevent damage during shipping?
We use heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Records are removed from their outer jackets (unless sealed) to prevent seam splits during transit and are protected by bubble wrap and stiffeners.
What is your return policy for pre-owned items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If a record does not meet the condition described in the listing, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our support team to initiate a return label.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to collectors worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Please note that international customers are responsible for local customs duties.
